Itinerary
Depart Marrakech early morning for a scenic 4-hour drive through the Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Aït Bougmez, settle into your traditional gîte, and enjoy a welcome lunch. In the afternoon, take a gentle walk through the valley to visit local villages and apple orchards. Dinner and overnight at the gîte.
After breakfast, hike to the ancient Sidi Moussa granary perched on a hilltop, offering stunning 360° views of the valley. Continue to Ibakliwin to see the famous dinosaur footprints preserved in rock. Return to the gîte for lunch, then spend the afternoon exploring nearby villages or relaxing. Evening cultural exchange with local families.
Morning walk through terraced fields and traditional irrigation systems. Visit a local cooperative to learn about traditional crafts. After lunch, depart for Marrakech, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of the Happy Valley.

Best Time to Visit
